By accessing or using CommunityApp ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

CommunityApp provides a platform for community organizations to manage memberships, events, and communications. The Platform is available to registered organizations and their members.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during registration, you agree to receive SMS text messages from CommunityApp, including:

• One-time passcodes (OTP) for account verification and security
• Account status notifications
• Important platform updates

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

6. Organization Accounts

Organizations registered on the Platform are subject to review and approval by our administrative team. An account remains inactive until approved. We reserve the right to decline or revoke any organization registration at our discretion.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CommunityApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavor to notify users of material changes.
